Ongoing work at Pump Station M

August 18, 2022

Beginning on Wednesday August 24, 2022, East Bay Municipal Utilities District (EBMUD) contractors will be performing work on Pump Station M, at 401 Packet Landing Rd. in Alameda. This work will likely result in a moderate amount of vibration in the immediate area as EBMUD will be installing piles and shoring for an excavation pit. Bridge Construction

October 31, 2022

Construction on all five bridges along the lagoon path will begin on September 9, 2022 and will be completed in early December. Detour routes will be posted at each bridge. A section of the Community parking lot will also be closed for construction materials.

The construction schedule is as follows:

PUMP STATION M – EBMUD project from Packet Landing and Across the Channel

July 28, 2022

East Bay MUD is currently doing utility potholing on the shoreline dirt path behind the tennis courts.  This work should be completed by early next week.

The work at the Packet Landing Pump Station M, it is currently on-hold while we are doing the shoreline potholing work. The Pump Station M rehabilitation work should resume mid August and ramp up by September.
