Community Center Rentals

The Community Center, located at 3195 Mecartney Road, can be rented for non-business related special events on Saturday or Sunday by residents of the Community of Harbor Bay Isle only. Only one event is scheduled per day; all events must end by 10:00 PM on Saturday, and by 8:00 PM on Sunday.

A rental application must be completed and approved by the Executive Director before your event is confirmed. Additional conditions of rental may include, but not limited to, event insurance and private security, at the discretion of the Executive Director. The fee for the kitchen must be paid by any renter who brings food and/or drink into the Community Center; even if the food and/or drink are not prepared on the premises.


In addition to a beautiful setting, the Community Center boasts a modern, spacious kitchen, including 2 conventional ovens, microwave warming drawer, gas range, refrigerator/freezer, commercial coffee maker and an ice maker. The kitchen may be closed off from the main room to eliminate noise and other distractions. Rental of the Community Center includes the use of the kitchen, as well as 16 rectangular tables (which seat up to 8 each) and 96 folding chairs. The Community Center is also Wi-Fi accessible.

Non-Profit – $250

A refundable $1,000 deposit is required for all room rentals.

There will be a cancellation fee applied to rentals canceled within three weeks of a scheduled event as noted by time period below:

Rental Agreement

All renters are required to agree to the Hold Harmless clause in the Community of Harbor Bay Isle Owners’ Association, Inc. Community Center Rental Agreement, and provide proof of insurance, with the Community named as additionally insured, obtainable as a one-day event only policy. This must be included with the payment and agreement as a total package to be retained on file.
