Please refer to the Brittany Landing Harbor Maintenance Responsibility List included with the Association documents you received at the close of escrow. Lagoon lot owners are responsible for their retaining walls and docks.
Individual trash pick-up is the responsibility of each resident.
Exterior Modification requires the prior approval of the Architectural Committee. You will need to complete an Architectural Application and obtain approval before work may commence. Check the Architectural Review Process section of this website for more information. Please refer to CC&Rs, Article 126.96.36.199, and the Brittany Landing Harbor Architectural & Landscaping Rules & Standards and the Community Architectural Rules & Standards.
Please contact the Community Offices to list your name at the front gate. Sellers usually provide “electronic gate openers” for the vehicle gate. If you need a new opener you can purchase one from most hardware stores or from the Community Offices. Please call the office to program openers purchased from hardware stores.
There is no parking on any streets in Brittany Landing Harbor. The guest parking spaces are for guests only; there is no resident use parking. Resident vehicles that cannot be parked in the garage must be parked off the property. Parking is allowed in the driveways only if the vehicle fits without overhanging into the landscaping, street or sidewalk.
Overnight guests are limited to 14 days in a period of 90 days. Overnight guest vehicles must be registered by phoning (510) 869-4994. Please refer to the Brittany Landing Harbor Parking Rules for full information.
Amenities include a swimming pool, spa and greenbelt picnic area. Replacements keys for the pool and pedestrian gates are available at the Community Offices for a fee.
