Administration
The Administration Department manages the general and fiscal requirements of CHBIOA as well as accounting services for most of our Project Associations. Under the Executive Director, it coordinates the services of the other departments and is responsible for accounting and administrative functions. The staff also enforces the Community’s rules and works closely with the Community Architectural Committee to monitor all architectural and landscaping activities within Harbor Bay Isle.
