The Association is responsible for the maintenance of the parks, playgrounds and walking paths within the open space common areas, including all landscaping. For their part, homeowners are required to adhere to the Bay Isle Pointe Architectural Guidelines.
There are 8 parks within Bay Isle Pointe and 5 of the parks contain play structures. Most of the parks are situated on the lagoon or have lagoon views and are interconnected with walking paths and bike trails. These amenities offer and encourage an active lifestyle, with endless opportunities to enjoy our “urban forest.”
Homeowners are responsible for placing the garbage and recycling containers on the street for weekly pick-up and containers are to be stored out of public view except for the day preceding pick-up and the day of trash removal.
In accordance with the CC&Rs of the Association, all owners are to park their vehicles within their garage, driveway, or designated parking areas. As the City of Alameda owns the streets within Bay Isle Pointe, please report abandoned or dilapidated vehicles, commercial vehicles, or recreational vehicles parked on the street that are in violation of City codes to the Alameda Police Department at 510-748-4508.
Control your pets so they do not disturb your neighbors. Dogs barking continuously in excess of 10 minutes violate the Municipal Code of the City of Alameda.
Board Meeting Schedule
