The smell of natural gas was reported by multiple associations in Harbor Bay, as well as residents on the main island. PG&E confirmed there are no gas leaks and the smell came from a barge in the Bay that released gas fumes. The Alameda Police Department and the Alameda Fire Department were notified of the issue.
