Brittany Landing Harbor is a planned, gated neighborhood within the Community of Harbor Bay Isle, comprised of 82 single‑family attached homes. Known for its peaceful setting and attractive amenities — including lagoon and bay walkways, a pool, spa, and landscaped common areas — Brittany Landing Harbor offers residents a comfortable and scenic living environment.

Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Information
The PSL Project has been completed. Owners can download the Compliance Certificate for their home here.
Association Maintenance Responsibility
Homeowners in Brittany Landing Harbor should refer to the Brittany Landing Harbor Maintenance Responsibility List, which is included with the Association documents provided at close of escrow.

Lagoon lot owners are specifically responsible for the maintenance of their retaining walls and docks.
Trash Pickup
Individual trash pick-up is the responsibility of each resident.
Exterior Modifications
All exterior modifications in Brittany Landing Harbor require prior approval from the Architectural Committee.

Homeowners must complete an Architectural Application and receive written approval before starting any work.

Entrance Gate

To list your name at the front gate, please contact the Community Offices.

Sellers typically provide electronic gate openers for the vehicle gate.

If you need a new opener, it can be purchased from most hardware stores or the Community Offices.

Note: Openers purchased from hardware stores must be programmed by calling the Community Office.
Parking

No street parking is allowed anywhere in the community.

Guest parking spaces are reserved exclusively for guests; residents may not use them.

Resident vehicles that cannot fit in the garage must be parked off the property.

Driveway parking is permitted only if the vehicle fits without overhanging into landscaping, street, or sidewalk.
Overnight Guests:

Limited to 14 days within a 90-day period

Guest vehicles must be registered by notifying Management at BLH@Harborbay.org.

Pool
Amenities include a swimming pool, spa and greenbelt picnic area. Replacements keys for the pool and pedestrian gates are available at the Community Offices for a fee.

If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact your Association Manager.
Board Meeting Schedule

Board meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the 4th Thursday of each month.

Homeowners should watch for meeting signs posted near the entrance, check the online Community Calendar, or call the Community Offices for confirmation.

The Annual Membership Meeting is held in March.

All homeowners are welcome to attend.
