Bay Isle Pointe is a large planned development within the Community of Harbor Bay Isle, comprising 362 single‑family homes spread over more than 60 acres with scenic views and extensive common areas. Bounded by the East Lagoon and local streets like Island Drive and Davey Drive, Bay Isle Pointe features numerous parks and mini‑parks, landscaped walkways, and peaceful neighborhood living — all maintained by the Association for the enjoyment of residents.

Association Maintenance Responsibility
The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas, including the greenbelt and sidewalk curb-strips.

The City of Alameda maintains the trees and plants within the curb-strips.

Reserve funds are set aside for the future replacement of major components.
Trash Pick-Up
Homeowners in Bay Isle Pointe are responsible for placing garbage and recycling containers on the street for weekly pickup. Containers must be stored out of public view except on the day before and the day of trash collection.
Parking
In Bay Isle Pointe, the CC&Rs require homeowners to park their vehicles in their garage, driveway, or designated parking areas.

Keep streets clear for early-morning City street sweeping

Reduce the risk of vehicle accidents

Maintain a more attractive community appearance

Because the City of Alameda owns the streets within Bayview Harbor, any abandoned, commercial, or recreational vehicles parked in violation of City Parking Codes should be reported to the Alameda Police Department at 510-337-8587.
Pets
Residents of Bay Isle Pointe are asked to control their pets to prevent disturbing neighbors.

Persistent or prolonged barking, howling, or unusual noises violates Alameda Municipal Code Section 7-3.10.

Any such violation is also considered a violation of Section 4-10.5 and is subject to the penalties outlined in Section 4-10.12 of the Alameda Municipal Code.
Board Meeting Schedule

Board meetings are held at 6:30PM on the third Thursday of every month.

Homeowners should watch for meeting signs posted throughout the Association, check the online Community Calendar, or call the Community Offices for confirmation.
- The Annual Membership Meeting is held in March.
