The services to homeowners provided by the Security Department include Vacation Security Checks. While on vacation, residents can enjoy peace of mind knowing their home is checked by Security several times a day. Our officers examine all windows, exterior doors, collect non-subscription newspapers and take all possible safety measures to safeguard your home. We regret that we are unable to collect or hold vacation mail.

Please make arrangements to collect subscription newspapers, packages and mail.
For your protection, we ask that you refrain from giving us your vacation departure information over the telephone when you call 510-865-0417. Please provide us with a return phone number only, and a security officer will call you to obtain relevant information. To request Vacation Security Check services click the button below to fill out and submit the online form. You may also call the Community Offices at 510-865-3363 during normal business hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Vacation Security Check requests should not be considered as accepted until a Confirmation Response has been received.
