For Centre Court Homeowners & Residents

The Centre Court Homeowners Association is responsible for maintaining:

• All exterior building components

• Common landscape areas (owners maintain their private patio areas)

• Walks, driveways, carports, and trash enclosures

Homeowners are responsible for:

• Party fences between homes

• Painting and replacement of front doors, patio doors, and store room doors

• Window and glass replacement

• Rear yards/patios

All exterior modifications in Centre Court require prior approval from the Community Architectural Architectural Committee (CAC).

• Homeowners must complete an Architectural Application and obtain written approval before starting any work.

• For guidance, see the Architectural Review Process section of the community website.

• Relevant references include CC&Rs, Article 5.6.2.1, and the Centre Court Architectural and Landscape Guidelines.

The Association pays for the trash and recycling pick-up.  Trash enclosures are located in the parking area nearest your home.

• Each homeowner has at least one assigned covered parking space.

• If you are unsure of your assigned space, please contact your Association Manager.

• All guest parking spaces are clearly marked.

• To list your name at the front gate, contact the Community Offices.

• Sellers typically provide electronic gate openers for the vehicle gate.

• If you need a new opener, it can be purchased from most hardware stores or the Community Offices.

• Note: Openers purchased from hardware stores must be programmed by calling the Community Offices.

If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact your Association Manager.

• Board meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

• Homeowners should watch for the meeting sign at the front entry, check the Community Calendar, or call the Community Offices for confirmation.

• The Annual Membership Meeting is held in April.

• All owners are welcome to attend.
