Lagoon Flushing

August 1, 2017 The Community of Harbor Bay Isle lagoon will undergo a series of flushing. The City of Alameda Department of Public Works and CHBI have agreed to flush the lagoon system based on the extreme low tides, August 7 through August 11, 2017. Community Center Interior Wall Mural – Request for Proposal

July 11, 2017 The Community of Harbor Bay Isle Board of Directors would like to have a mural painted in the Community Center lobby area depicting the special landmarks and unique essence that is Harbor Bay Isle. The actual size of the mural is 9 ½ ft. by 19 ½ ft. Due to the overflow parking for the ferry terminal, Bay Colony, Columbia, Freeport, and Headlands require a residential parking permit during certain hours, Monday – Friday.
