Welcome to Woodbridge Homeowners' Association

The Woodbridge Bay Estates Homeowners' Association is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) comprised of 248 single-family homes.

The Woodbridge Bay Estates Association owns, and is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas (parks and playground equipment, etc.) within the community.

The Woodbridge Bay Estates Association assess its members to fund insurance, maintenance, operations and reserves.

Yard maintenance

Each homeowner in a planned community has a responsibility to maintain his own yard in good condition and repair commensurate with the high standards of quality established for the community.

Architectural Standards

Please note that in addition to the Association's governing documents, you are responsible for observing the Community Architectural Committee Rules and Standards for the Community of Harbor Bay isle Owners' Association, as are your renters/tenants, if you have any.

Property Improvements

Be sure to consult the guidelines before submitting your plans for property improvements and do not commence any work on improvements or modification to buildings or landscape until you have submitted an application and plans and received written approval from the CAC (Community Architectural Committee).

Woodbridge Emergency Response Team (WERT)

Please visit City of Alameda web site http://www.ci.alameda.ca.us/fire/preparedness.html for detailed descriptions of the program, course description and registration of CERT course. After taking the course, you will be rewarded with the skills and knowledge to meet the challenges you may face during a natural disaster. You will be much better prepared to help yourself and your family in such an occasion.

The mission of WERT is to prepare for and respond to an emergency event until professional responders arrive, to improve community preparedness and to support community's public safety efforts. Bay Farm Island may be isolated for days in case of a major disaster and we must be prepared for that possibility. Our team currently has 15 active members and many more are needed to cover our 248 homes and vast areas of Woodbridge Estate.

Board Meeting Schedule

The Board meets at 7:00 p.m. the third Wednesday every other month (except December) in the Community offices. If you are interested in attending, please call the office at 865-3363 for date and time.
