The Pelican Bay Homeowners' Association Pelican Bay is a planned development consisting of 204 single-family homes. Maintenance Responsibility Front yard maintenance is the responsibility of each homeowner (CC&Rs Article 3.30). To enhance the beauty of the neighborhood, please ensure that your front yard is consistently maintained. The park behind Killybegs and Cork Road, the asphalt bikepath and landscaping behind Justin Circle (adjacent to the school), and the small curb strips are maintained by the Association. If you have any concerns or notice an item which needs repair or attention, please contact the Association Manager or her assistant. Pets Control your pets so they don't disturb your neighbors. Barking dogs are violating the Alameda Code if they bark ten continuous minutes or more. Parking In accordance with the CC&Rs of the Association, all owners are to park their vehicles within their garage, driveway, or designated parking areas. As the City of Alameda owns the streets within Pelican Bay, please report abandoned or dilapidated vehicles, commercial vehicles, or recreational vehicles parked on the street that are in violation of City codes to the Alameda Police Department at 510-748-4508.
Board Meeting Schedule Board meetings are currently held on the 4th Tuesday of every other month at 6:45 PM at the Community Center. Please call the Community Office for confirmation.
