Welcome to Lantern Bay Homeowners' Association
The Lantern Bay Owners' Association is a Planned Unit Development comprised of 128 single-family homes. Each homeowner in a planned community has a responsibility to maintain his own yard in good condition and repair commensurate with the high standards of quality established for the community. Association Maintenance Responsibility The Lantern Bay Owners' Association owns, and is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas (parks and bocce ball equipment, etc.) within the community. The Lantern Bay Owners' Association assess' its members to fund insurance, maintenance, operations and reserves. Please note that in addition to the Association's governing documents, you are responsible for observing both the Lantern Bay Owners' Association Architectural Guidelines and the Community Architectural Committee Rules and Standards for the Community of Harbor Bay Isle Owners' Association, as are your renters/tenants, if you have any. Be sure to consult these Guidelines before submitting your plans for property improvements and do not commence any work on improvements or modification to buildings or landscape until you have submitted an application and plans and received written approval from the Community Architectural Committee (CAC).
