Welcome to Headlands Homeowners' Association
The Headlands Association is a planned development that consists of 88 single-family homes. Several of the homes border the San Francisco Bay and several border a lagoon. Association Maintenance Responsibility The land directly behind the homes bordering the Bay belongs to the City of Alameda and is theirs to maintain. If you have a maintenance issue regarding that portion of land, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at the City of Alameda at 510-773-3889. Front and rear yard maintenance is the responsibility of each homeowner (CC&Rs Article 3.30). Owners are encouraged to consistently maintain their front and rear yards in order to maintain property values and enhance the beauty of the Headlands homes. All owners should submit an application to, and obtain approval from, the Architectural Committee before making any changes to the exterior landscape or structures. Call the Community office at 865-3363 for an application or assistance. Association Common Area - The Association is obligated to maintain the curb strips and the portions of common area adjacent to the three access paths and the front entry.
Board Meetings Schedule Board Meetings are currently held on the 1st Tuesday, bi-monthly, at 6:30 PM at the Community Office. Please contact the Community Office for confirmation of meeting dates.
