Welcome to Harbor Pointe Homeowners' Association

Harbor Pointe Homeowners Association is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) composed of 47 property owners. Townhouse is the style of the building. In a PUD the member owns the lot and the building. Each homeowner in a planned community has a responsibility to maintain his own yard in good condition and repair commensurate with the high standards established for the community.

Maintenance Responsibilities

Harbor Pointe owns, and is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas, landscape, irrigation and trees, lights and streets. Reserve funds are specifically designated for future replacement of major components.

Article VII, Section 8.3.2 "The Association shall provide maintenance and repair of the exterior of the dwelling units, including the painting thereof; provided, however, that such maintenance shall not include maintenance, repair or replacement of roofs, gutters, decks, deck-like structures, patios, flowerbox structures, or window glass on any dwelling unit.

Gutters need to be cleaned on a timely and regular basis to prevent the rusting out of the gutters and the deterioration of the shake shingles.

Residents may park in areas where "RESIDENT PARKING" signs are posted. Resident vehicles may not remain parked for more than a twenty-four hour period. Guest vehicles may park in areas where "Guest Parking" signs are posted. Guest vehicles may not remain parked for more than a forty-eight hour period.
