Welcome To Freeport Homeowners' Association

Exterior modifications require the prior approval of the Architectural Committee. You will need to complete an Architectural Application, obtain approval, and then commence work. Call the Community office for an application. Please refer to CC&Rs Article 5.6.2.1.


Front Yard Maintenance

Front yard maintenance is the responsibility of the Association in accordance with CC&Rs Article 5.1.1. However, if an owner desires to make a change that would not increase the Association's cost to maintain, the owner may submit an architectural application. Upon receiving approval, the owner may make the change.


Parking

Parking within Freeport is limited. Both sides of Orr Road are NO PARKING, FIRE LANES. Please be sure to observe all parking regulations. Between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, please refrain from parking in front of mailboxes to facilitate mail delivery.


The Speed Limit

The speed limit in Freeport is 15 miles per hour. Residents and guests are requested to stay within the speed limit when driving in the Freeport Association for the safety of residents, guests, and animals.


Sideyard Easement Areas

Sideyard easement areas are located in the side yard where your neighbors' home acts a "boundary" to your backyard. The dominant tenant (i.e. resident who has use of this area) shall not attach any object, vegetation, or structure to a wall or residence located on the servient tenement (neighbor who owns the land but does not have access to use), or disturb the grading of the Sideyard Easements in any manner. Please refer to the Freeport Architectural Guidelines for further details.

Board Meeting Schedule

Board meeting are currently held on the 2nd Thursday of every other month at 7:00 PM at the Community Office. Please watch for the meeting sign that is placed at the front entry prior to every meeting or contact the Community Office for confirmation. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
