Welcome to Columbia Homeowners' Association
The Columbia Homeowners' Association membership is comprised of the owners of the 208 homes at Columbia. The development is divided into two sections. Section 1 is the area of homes known as Columbia, built by Doric and section 2 is the area known as Crown Point, built by Greystone Homes. Both sections make up the Columbia Homeowner Owners' Association. Association Maintenance Responsibility Columbia is a Planned Development (PD), or Planned Unit Development (PUD). In a PD the member owns the lot and the building. The Association owns the common area (by grant deed).
