Welcome to Centre Court Homeowners' Association
Centre Court Owners' Association is a Condominium Project with 112 homes. Association Maintenance Responsibility Maintenance responsibilities include all exterior building components, common landscape areas (owners are responsible for their private exclusive use patio areas), walks, driveways, carports and trash enclosures. Owners are responsible for the party fence between homes. Each owner is responsible for their monthly garbage pick-up. Gray trash bins must be placed in the trash enclosure nearest to each home. Recycling bins are also located in the trash enclosure areas. The Association pays for the green and blue recycling bins. Owners are also responsible for the painting of their front and patio doors and for glass replacement. Please review the Association's governing documents for other Association and owner responsibilities. Committees Committees: Owners are encouraged to participate on any of the following committees; Landscape, PAC, Disaster Planning or Picnic. Entrance Gate Please contact the Community Office to list your name at the front gate. Sellers usually provide "garage door openers" for the vehicle gate. If you need a new opener you can purchase one from most hardware stores or from the Community Office at a cost of $46.00. Please call the office to program openers purchased from hardware stores.
Board Meetings Schedule Board meetings are usually on the second Wednesday of the month at the Community Center at 6:30 PM. The meeting agenda is posted at each mailbox kiosk throughout Centre Court.
