to Cantamar Homeowners' Association
Cantamar is a planned development consisting of 127 single-family homes, several of which border a lagoon. The common area is owned by the Association as a non-profit corporation and is intended for the use and enjoyment of all owners and residents in Cantamar. Exterior Modifications Exterior modifications require prior approval of the Architectural Committee. You will need to complete an architectural application, obtain approval, and then commence work. Call the Community office for an application. Please refer to CC&Rs Article 3.29. Front Yard Maintenance Front yard maintenance is the responsibility of each homeowner. To enhance the beauty of the neighborhood, please ensure that your front yard is consistently maintained. Please refer to CC&Rs Article 3.30. Parking Parking within Cantamar is limited. Please be sure to observe all fire lane parking regulations. Parking on the street is limited to Guest Parking on a first come, first serve basis. Between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, please refrain from parking in front of mailboxes so as to facilitate mail delivery. Please refer to CC&Rs Article 3.16 and the Cantamar Rules and Regulations. Speed Limit The speed limit in Cantamar is 15 miles per hour. Residents and guests are requested to stay within the speed limit when driving in the Cantamar Association for the safety of residents, guests, and animals. Window Coverings The exterior appearance of window coverings shall be white, off-white, or natural wood color. Reflective material is not allowed. Please refer to the Cantamar Rules and Regulations. Board Meetings Board meetings are currently held on the fourth Thursday of every other month at 6:30 PM at the Community Center. Please watch for the meeting sign, which is placed at the front entry prior to every meeting or contact the Community Office for confirmation. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
