Welcome to Brittany Landing Harbor Homeowners' Association

Brittany Landing Harbor Homeowners' Association consists of 82 single family, attached homes. Owners have deeds to their lots and are responsible for their foundation and the structure.


Association Maintenance Responsibility

Please refer to the Brittany Landing Harbor maintenance responsibility list included with your Association Documents you received at close of escrow. Lagoon lot owners are responsible for their retaining walls and docks.


Parking

There is no parking on any streets in Brittany Landing Harbor. The guest parking spaces are for guests only; there is no resident use parking. Resident vehicles that cannot be parked in the garage must be parked off the property. Parking is allowed in the driveways only if the vehicle fits without overhanging into the landscaping, street or sidewalk.

Overnight guests are limited to 14 days in 90. Overnight guest vehicles must be registered by phoning: (510) 869-4994.

Entrance Gate

Please contact the Community Office to have your name listed at the front gate. Gate openers in two styles are available for purchase through the Association office.


Pool

Amenities include a swimming pool, spa and greenbelt picnic area. Replacement keys for the pool and pedestrian gates cost $25.00 and are available at the Community office.

Board MeetingsSchedule

Board meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at the Community Center. A meeting notice sign is displayed in front of the pool on the Friday before the Tuesday meeting date. Please watch for time changes on the sign.
