Welcome to Bayview Harbor Homeowners' Association The Bayview Harbor Homeowners' Association is a Planned Development with 64 single-family homes. Above is a photo of the Grand Opening of the Bocce Ball Court at the end of Cumberland Way. President Bill Withrow is pictured throwing the Bocce Ball in a friendly premier game. Attached are the Bocce Ball rules from the souvenir program. Bocce
Ball Rules and Grand Opening Please visit this open court and help keep the Bocce Ball
Court to the high standards of quality established for all the community
to enjoy. Association Maintenance Responsibility The Bayview Harbor Homeowners' Association is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas (greenbelt and sidewalk curbstrips). The City owns the trees and plants in the curbstrips. Reserve funds are designated for future replacement of major components. Pets Please control your pets so they do not disturb your neighbors. Barking dogs can be found to violate the Alameda Code, if they bark continuously for ten minutes or more. Parking Park your car in your garage rather than in the driveway or on the street. This allows parking room for your visitors, a clear street for early morning City street sweeping, less chance for vehicle accidents, and a generally more attractive association appearance.
