Welcome to Bay Isle Pointe. We hope you enjoy your home and neighborhood.

Bay Isle Pointe (Association) is a 362 unit planned development of single family homes. We are the largest Association within the Community of Harbor Bay Isle (Community). We occupy over 60 acres, including 14 parks and mini-parks, and are bounded on both sides of the East Lagoon by Island Drive, Davey Drive, Oyster Pond Road and the Shopping Center.

The Community is made up of 20 Associations such as ours. The Community provides Security Services and maintains its common areas including the entire lagoon system. The Community is governed by a seven member Board of Directors elected by all the Associations. As a resident of Bay Isle Pointe, you belong and pay monthly assessments to both this Association and the Community. The Community acts as collection agent for both. Homeowners are responsible for maintenance of their lots including the sidewalk in front and all fences (excluding those on Island Drive and Davey Drive). This Association maintains the common area parks and walkways, and the curb strips where they exist within the Association boundaries.


Governance/Management

Bay Isle Pointe is governed by a five member Board of Directors elected at the Annual meeting in March. Board members serve alternating two year terms. The Board is assisted by two appointed committees, the Architectural Control Committee and the Landscape Committee.

Board Meetings Schedule

Board meetings are held monthly at the Community Center (3195 Mecartney Road). Watch for meeting notice signs which are posted at four (4) main entrances prior to every meeting, or call our office for confirmation. All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
